Like its predcessor, SP2 is a sound library providing a simple API for audio playback and recording.
However with its completely rewritten architecture, the successor is intended to be more dynamic and open for future extensions. Advanced interfaces providing low-level to the audio-hardware allows the usage of custom-written handlers and/or mixers. Furthermore, SP2 is designed as a multi-platform library. |
